The Hanover Radio Control Flying Club (HRCFC) was organized in the early 1970’s to promote radio controlled (RC) model aviation in the Metropolitan Richmond area. The club is chartered by the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) and part of a fraternity of nearly 3,000 RC model aviation clubs with some 170,000 members nationwide.

With a well deserved reputation as an open and friendly club, we have a wide range of interests within the club, from sport to scale; vintage to aerobatics; and, glow, gas and electric powered radio controlled airplanes and helicopters.   Our membership totals around 70, with members ranging in age from the under 10 to over 70, so whatever your age or interests we are sure you will fit right in.
